Replixo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service at replixo.app.
2. Information we collect
Account information: When you sign up we collect your email address and name to create your account.
Messages you add: When you paste messages into Replixo we process them to generate AI replies. These messages are stored in your personal inbox and are never shared with other users.
Voice profile data: When you complete voice training we store your tone and style preferences to personalize your AI replies.
Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as which features you use and how often to improve the product.
Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We never store your credit card details — all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and improve the Replixo service
- To generate AI reply drafts using your messages and voice profile
- To send important account and billing notifications
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the product
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. AI and OpenAI
Replixo uses OpenAI to generate reply suggestions. Messages you paste into Replixo may be sent to OpenAI for processing. We send only the message content needed to generate a reply — we strip personally identifying information where possible. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.
5. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase which uses industry-standard encryption. Your data is stored in secure servers and protected by row-level security meaning only you can access your own data.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account all your personal data including messages, voice profiles, and fan profiles will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your data at any time

9. Children
Replixo is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
