Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Replixo you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the service.

Replixo is an AI-powered inbox management tool that helps creators and businesses manage social media messages and generate AI reply drafts. The service is provided at replixo.app.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use Replixo. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to use Replixo to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm other people
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity

Replixo uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending it. Replixo does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated replies. You must not use AI-generated replies to mislead, deceive, or harm others.

Replixo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.

Replixo and its original content features and functionality are owned by Replixo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and messages you add to the platform.

Your use of Replixo is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Replixo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted error-free or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law Replixo shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the delete account option in settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Replixo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
